Leaving Islam? Bus Ads

Thanks to Crescent Project for the heads up on this...  Huge ads were placed on busses in Florida and New York (maybe more places) directing people to RefugeFromIslam.com. The Ads read "Fatwa on your head? Is your family or community threatening you?" The bus ads were contracted and paid for by Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs and Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch. They took this iimportant initiative of helping former Muslims in winning a victory for freedom of speech.  As far as I can tell, the motiviation is primarily secular (not intending to convert Muslims to another religion).  You may want to visit their main page and read up on what may motivate others to lobby for these issues besides the Christian call to mission.

More Interesting developments in the secular world regarding awareness of Muslims leaving Islam can be found @ http://www.apostatesofislam.com.  This group is secular, neither Christian nor Muslim... just from a worldly perspective pointing out their issues wtih Islam and giving testimony to why they left.

I had to think... wouldn't it be great if Christians were leading this charge too.
