First losers in Sharia are Muslim women? Did you ever think that maybe Sharia helps to PROTECT women? Your argument is like saying that in civil law (British), the first losers are people who are not allowed to trespass on private property. Not everybody is created equal. Just because you are a citizen does not mean you have the right to enter private property. Just because you are a woman does not mean you have the ability to function in society like a man. I live in Ontario, Canada, and until the mid 1960s, we segregated our bars into "Men Only" and "Women and Escorts". (It was like that in Chicago too, until 1960s). That means that one half the bar was for men only -- NO WOMEN ALLOWED. In the other half, women were allowed in, but could not be alone, they had to have a male escort. Is that not exactly like Sharia law?! Then that proves that we have already have the fundamentals, in North America, upon which Sharia law is built! And now today you have the "Curves" athletic club, for women: NO MEN ALLOWED. Why? Because men and women are not equal!! If we can have all kinds of institutions nowadays that are for "women only" (is that like "Whites Only"? hmm...), it is an admission that women and men are different. And if we admit that women and men are different, then we have the basis of SHARIA LAW. I rest my case.
